When the second most visited site in the world announces that nearly half of all log ins to Facebook are now via &quot;mobile device&quot; -(not laptops) it&#039;s time to realize the newest quantum shift in the patterns, habits, and expectations of today&#039;s &quot;consumer&quot;. 

Think Pac Man with an iPhone and a really big list of friends he talks to a lot, kinda tight on funds these days, and getting pretty tech savvy at checking you out to make sure you&#039;re not out to gobble up any of his extra credits. If you&#039;re not nice to him, he can cost you stars, post bad reviews, tell LOTS of friends in no time flat, and generally just give you a big public thumbs down. You KNOW you don&#039;t want that! The average Joe is no longer just talking to a few dozen coworkers and friends, he / she&#039;s talking to large communities....nearly every day!!

That&#039;s why the &quot;immediate response&quot; aspect is so SO powerful.


The possible CS / PR applications are nearly as numerous as the types of businesses in which people crush it. If very large companies with 1000&#039;s or tens &amp; hundreds of 1000&#039;s of customers see these advantages as a high priority, those out their in small businesses, to whom every single customer is precious (not to say it can&#039;t be the case with very big companies too) should pay EXTRA close attention and consider giving immediate priority to learning and properly implementing suitable variations of this idea into your business model.

Don&#039;t let the simplicity and brevity of this post fool you, Lennie is surfacing an issue that is about to become a VERY big deal.

		<description>I think that it is an interesting thought.  I think the point is more to strive to push the envelope, rather than overcome the fear of failure.  Overcoming the fear is accomplished by failing, or ending up where you thought was a failure, and then realizing that you are alright, can pick yourself up and try again.

Learning nothing from it is the worst mistake.

I think the main reason I wanted to comment is that I feel there is some hope to it.  If you know, or believe, that what you can offer has value, then knowing others have succeeded through failure gives you the confidence to keep on keeping on!</description>
